Shelly Krohn received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and a master of arts degree in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA since 2003. Shelly holds certifications in Mind Body Bridging and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, both evidenced based treatment methodologies. She also holds the certification of a Master Addiction Counselor through the National Certification Commission for Addiction Professionals, and is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.
Shelly is experienced in individual and family counseling with children, adolescents, and adults. She has particular clinical interests in helping people address eating and body image issues, substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, women's concerns, traumatic experienes, LGBT-related issues, and the incorporation of mindfulness in psychotherapy.
