Cara Williams received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Liberty University and completed her Master's of Social Work through Western New Mexico University online. She became a Licensed Social Worker June 2021. She is certified in Telehealth Counseling as well as Trauma Centered Play Therapy. She has experience in individual counseling with children, adolescents, and adults. She is also equipped to offer Christian counseling upon request. Cara has special interest in play therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
Cara works alongside her clients to help them discover and utilize the tools they need to adequately handle life’s stressors, manage traumatic events, and develop healthier thoughts and coping skills to reach their individual goals.
